It peaked at number 77 on the Billboard 200. A special edition of the album was released on October 2, 2007. In 2007, the album won six Latin Grammy Awards. The album won a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Tropical Latin Album at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards on February 10, 2008.
